My blog was created for family, friends, and individuals going through similar difficulties. I hope this will be a space to share stories of survival, finding solace in knowing you are not alone.
It was also created to share the impact this has had on myself and my family in attempt to gain more support during parole hearings so we can keep a murderer behind bars and out of Oregon, Ohio.

Who I am
My sister was taken, attacked, raped and slaughtered on September 27th, 2003. She died on September 28th in a cold field, alone. It took over 15 years to share some of my experiences. I hope those who read my experience know they are not alone and find the same hope I’ve found. I am not “better” but I am stronger. May God help you and give you the God-given strength He has given me.
