My blog was created for family, friends, and individuals going through similar difficulties. I hope this will be a space to share stories of survival, finding solace in knowing you are not alone.
Who I am
September 28th is a blog designed to support others going through the same pain. My sister was taken, attacked, raped and slaughtered on September 27th, 2003. She died on September 28th in a cold field, alone. It took over 15 years to share some of my experiences. I hope those who read my experience know they are not alone and find the same hope I’ve found. I am not “better” but I am stronger. May God help you and give you the God-given strength He has given me.
I am not a psychologist and still very much healing myself. However, I would be happy to hear from you if you feel led to reach out to me. I will do my best to share my experiences and provide you with an ear to listen.
